1. Who we are

skillskr is a digital marketplace for AI Agent Skills, workflow templates and related downloadable materials. The service is available at https://skillskr.tech and is operated by 胡泽众, an individual seller ("we", "us" or "our").

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, purchasing a plan or downloading a Skill, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. The service

We sell digital products: reusable Skill packs that help compatible AI agents complete design, research, presentation, web and video workflows. Products are delivered electronically. We do not sell physical goods. Product descriptions, previews and compatibility information are provided on the website.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Contact us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Plans, billing and renewal

• Pro Monthly: US$9.99 per month, renewing automatically until cancelled.
• Pro Yearly: US$79.00 per year, renewing automatically until cancelled.
• Founding Lifetime: US$169.00 one-time payment for lifetime access, subject to the product remaining available.

Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake as merchant of record. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until you cancel. Prices are shown in US dollars and may exclude taxes, which may be added at checkout where required by law.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account billing settings or by emailing jeasonholders089@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues until the end of the current paid period.

7. Refunds

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, fees are generally non-refundable after a Skill pack has been downloaded or used. The following exceptions apply:

• First-time subscriber guarantee: a first-time subscriber may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial charge if the subscription has not been substantially used and no Skill pack has been downloaded.
• Duplicate charge: a duplicate or incorrect charge will be refunded.
• Statutory rights: nothing in these Terms limits any refund or withdrawal right that applicable consumer law gives you.

To request a refund, email jeasonholders089@gmail.com with your account email, order or transaction ID, and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

8. Licence and intellectual property

When you purchase a Skill pack, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal or internal business work. You may use the outputs you create with a Skill for lawful commercial purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or publish the Skill pack itself, or make it available as a competing library or template collection.

We retain ownership of the Skill packs, instructions, templates, scripts, branding and website content. Third-party AI models and tools remain subject to their own terms.

9. Acceptable use and AIGC content standards

This section applies to the website, the Skill packs and any content you create, upload, publish or distribute using a Skill or a compatible AI agent. Our full AIGC Content Standards and Prohibited Content Policy forms part of these Terms.

9.1 Prohibited content

You must not generate, upload, publish, distribute or facilitate any of the following:

• Sexual or pornographic content, or any sexualization of minors. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is strictly prohibited. We report apparent CSAM to the relevant authorities.
• Graphic violence, gore, or content that promotes self-harm, suicide or eating disorders.
• Hate speech, harassment, threats, bullying or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation or other protected characteristics.
• Deepfakes, impersonation or misleading synthetic media that presents a real person as saying or doing something they did not say or do, or that is intended to deceive viewers about its origin.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other third-party rights.
• Illegal, fraudulent or harmful content, including malware, phishing, scams, instructions for weapons or other regulated goods, and content that violates applicable law or card-network rules.

9.2 Enforcement

If we believe content or activity violates this section, we may take any of the following actions, depending on severity and repeat behaviour: issue a warning; remove or restrict the content; suspend or terminate the account; revoke the licence to the relevant Skill pack; reset unused credits; refuse future service; and report the matter to law enforcement or the relevant platform. We may act immediately where there is a risk to a person or the public.

9.3 Reporting

Anyone can report suspected prohibited content or abuse to jeasonholders089@gmail.com with the subject line AIGC Content Report. Please include the URL or location of the content, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence. We aim to acknowledge reports within 2 business days.

9.4 Review and appeals

We review reports and flagged content manually, considering context, severity and applicable law. Where a violation is confirmed, we remove or restrict the content and notify the account holder. A user may appeal a moderation decision by replying to the notice with additional context. We keep a record of reports and actions for safety and compliance, and we cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.

9.5 Other prohibited conduct

You also must not break any law or regulation; circumvent security or access controls; scrape the service at scale; resell or sublicense access without our prior written permission; or use the service to infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights.

10. AI outputs and third-party services

Skills are designed for use with compatible AI agents and may rely on third-party models or tools. AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them. We do not provide legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it and who we share it with. Payment card data is processed by Waffo Pancake and is not stored on our servers.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability for a claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, if we suspect fraud or illegal activity, or if required by law. You may stop using the service at any time. If we terminate for reasons other than your breach, we will refund any unused prepaid period on a pro-rata basis.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the website or by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
